Cancellation Policy

Thank-you for choosing JW Salon!

We require seven (7) business days notice for cancellations of color appointments,

unless specified otherwise for a specialty color service. We require fourty eight (48) hours notice for

cancellations for haircut, blowout, and up-do appointments. All cancellations made after these times

will be charged 50% of the service total.
